@AutumnBaybee it will take about 2 to 3 weeks to SEE results but your body will be going through the transformation the day that you start. @SuperAnneful you should do this and other exercises that will make your workout routine last at least 30 mins … I have free fitness videos on my channel so you can do mine and this and it would combine to be about 30 mins. @SingingDreams09 treadmills make it easier for you to run, which means less calories burned. I will say that if you have a hard time running i would start out on a treadmill and then go to real running. If you do run on a treadmill try to run outside at least 2 times a week to build up your strength. If you have any other questions just reply to this comment or message me. I’ve been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I’m a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat “low glycemic” carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com
4) Perform high intensity interval training.
@abbster516 not on their own, and particularly not the first exercise – load of rubbish. Leg raises are tried and tested and very effective if done with proper form (form shown here is oK, better than the rest of the rubbish on here but not perfect). You need a balanced and fatiguing routine that lasts 30minutes a day every other day – you will not feel tired, but you will feel a massive burn when your routine is right. you will see explosive results. Basic cardio and a good diet are required
How is she an expert? she has flab hanging over the top of her shorts. Youtube is littered with wannabe experts who don’t even have the results they are saying they have a “brilliant 2 minute routine” to gain! BS!
Some people say that you lose weight faster running outside than on a treadmill- is that true??
