Nice video. Great workout routine. Thanks for posting.
This will help with my parkour training!
Where your palms in or out on the pull up holds?
So do you do your own amount of reps for each workout? How many sets of the whole circuit do you do? How long do you rest between sets?
@weathered79
You can use a chair underneath, to spot yourself. Until you get to a point where you don’t need a chair. Also the FARTHER OUT you place the chair will make it more challenging. Keep doing it and eventually you WILL be able to lift your body weight. I have FAITH in you man, you can do it!
Thanks!
how many times should u go through the circuit?
Hi,I am thirteen and I am desperate to build lean muscle ,I think this is the perfect video
Hi,I’m thirteen and I am desperate to build lean muscle and I think this is the perfect video for me
@suedoplet You lack a huge factor in making strength gains… MUSCLE CONFUSION!! Your muscles are used to doing the same exercises so your not working them as hard. Try doing different exercises. Do some curls, flys, rows, presses, squats, etc.
@suedoplet TBh i think you just have low fat percentage. Makes you look ripped but your not really…. Or your genes gave you good muscle definition.
im 215 lbs, beginner at working out, im trying to get ripped and stronger, does doing bodyweight circuit workout work if i do it?
I wish you would’ve shown your feet when you did the handstand pushup. Thats my only problem when i do a handstand pushup. My feet mess everything up when it pushes against the wall
Gotta love the intro
hi im thirteen years old and im completely ripped ive worked out since i was 10 and now im big ive never bench pressed never curled never done dumbells only pushups sit ups pull ups and hand stand pushups…… BUT small people in my school sometimes even in a lower grade than me are stronger and i really need to know what im doing wrong please help me
i like this!!!
awesome! i see dudes at the gym who can bench press 400 lbs but avoid the pull up bar like the plague. People dont realize you dont need a gym to lose weight and get ripped. Body weight exercises give you great definition and all around practical functional strength-whether it’s self defense or a little offense in the bedroom you’ll have the power and stamina to get the job done
when i do the second exercise blood rushes to my head and it hurts and i cat’t do it :/
KOOL! SOMETHING NEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@pexpix me too!
“The best way to get yourself up there? You walk yourself up there.”
Something generally badass about this statement. The context can be used for any scenario.
