		<description>Nono, not yoga.Yoga means balance and is by FAR more than muscles or bones. Yoga was a starting point for  all chinese, japanese and korean martial arts. You just cant compare yoga to this, sorry. What you are doing is simple static workout.</description>

		<description>You can workout for less than that, you want to do full body exercises that will increase your strength and fitness levels. This is a good workout video here, just do enough sets as you can. You can add in dumbell exercises such as bench press, chest flyes, lat rows and hammer curls to give you some definition.
