Health and fitness equipment and information

I have been involved in the health and fitness field for my entire life, having been a competitive athlete since my childhood. This is a time in our society where health and fitness is becoming a neglected part of our lives and causing many physical problems. My goal is to provide information to help everyone get in better physical condition, no matter what the obstacles are.

The key to having peak health and fitness is to find a program that meets your needs and personal capabilities, and that you enjoy. I have put together these hand-picked links to health and fitness resources that can help you get started toward a fitter you. From books/magazines to health and fitness equipment, you can find what you need here.

The following questions are designed so that anyone can follow at any age. Remember to always consult your physician before starting any health and program, if you have health issues, or experience pain that does not get better.

  7. I do little things to improve my fitness. (ie. walk instead of drive, use the stairs instead of elevators, etc.)
  8. When I do my exercise I ensure that I am using correct form and understand how the exercise is working my body. (consult a trainer or read books to get this information.)
  9. I do not exercise after 8:00 pm in the evening. (unless you work overnight shifts.)
  10. I make sure that I am properly hydrated by drinking lots of water especially prior to and after your exercise.
