they think about weight loss and getting fit, as if there is some
end point and then it is over. Think again.

weight loss self-assessment:
1. Are you always aware of why you

2. Do you exercise for at least thirty minutes at least 3-4 times
per week? *See section on health

3. Do you fully accept yourself without another person's validation?

4. Can you see the person inside the body even if no other people
seem to?
5. Do you know the subconscious benefits of being heavier than you
like?
6. Are you realistic about your body image and your weight?
7. Do you know your calorie in versus calorie out ratio?
8. Have you dealt with childhood abuse issues? *See section on childhood
abuse.
9. Do you never use supplemental aids to help you lose weight? (You
can't take them forever.)
10. Do you never go on temporary diets to get to a target weight
then stop. Do you think long-term?
