3. Do you fully accept yourself without another person's validation? *See section on self-esteem.
4. Can you see the person inside the body even if no other people seem to?
5. Do you know the subconscious benefits of being heavier than you like?
6. Are you realistic about your body image and your weight?
7. Do you know your calorie in versus calorie out ratio?
8. Have you dealt with childhood abuse issues? *See section on childhood abuse.
9. Do you never use supplemental aids to help you lose weight? (You can't take them forever.)
10. Do you never go on temporary diets to get to a target weight then stop. Do you think long-term?
