Hip Replacement Exercise Program
Physical therapy for hip replacement generally continues after patients go home from the hospital until they are able to function more independently. Total rehabilitation after surgery will take at least 6 months. Patients will have an exercise program to follow when they go home, even if they are still having physical therapy. Patients should also take a short walk several times each day. If they notice any soreness, they should try a cold pack on their hip and perhaps decrease their activity a bit, but not stop completely. Staying with their walking and exercise program will help speed their recovery.

I’m not claiming anything mystical just saying that with proper training most pain including that linked to impetus for hip and knee surgery, can be eliminated. I come into the clinic and do the mechanical work and that’s it. Anyone is welcome and I can show at least an initial meaningful result the first treatment or two and most are resolved completely within 2 to 10 treatments without return of symptoms within 1 to 5 years.
I only believe in what works, not what sounds good.
Some of the patients I see are sent by MD’s, others bring CTscan reports, others tell me their docs diagnosis (less reliable in terms of reporting) but they all have in common severe debilities which dissapear within a few treatments. The o/a still exists (and may appear extreme in x-rays, CTscans) yet their range of motion, ability to walk and elmination of pain is great.
conclusion was that most pain is not from the arthritis but from the soft-tissues. I can’t fix o/a but CAN cure the pain. The acu is great but the Soft-Tissue Reprocessing that I use (supersensitized my hands with esoteric kung fu exerxcises to fix minute and huge tissue changes) works in almost every case even when the diagnostics show almost no cartillage. My mind doesn’t correlate that fact but the results are proved over and over.
As far as o/a it’s one of the few things that most insurors will pay for acupuncture as they have unequivocal studies showing it works (Anthem is an example).

I can understand your reaction. However, I’ve been doing this for twenty five years. I’ve treated about 100 medical doctors, Oprah and others. Point being it’s not just a dream. My vids (some of which are on youtube) show my results and followups 1+ years later show that no chainsaw is needed to fix arthritis hip, knee and other pain problems in most cases.
@heartslord easy for you to say, mate. Have you ever had an arthritic hip? You don’t know what you’re talking about. I’ll warrant 99% of your clients end up in surgery within weeks or months.
Total Hip Replacement is almost never necessary. I call hip replacements “Benign Medical Atrocities”. Horrific and unnecessary (in most cases). P.s. I prove what I say, a dozen times a week using SUPERTOUCH ™ Soft-Tissue Reprocessing.

@rachelhick I thought within the 1st 6 wks that No women after birth should be on their hands or knees as a risk of little clot of air can form where the placenta was attatched?1?!!
I really like this combination of exercises – particularly the squat hop
usually doctors will tell a new mom she can work out 6 weeks after her baby is born. Before you start your exercise routine make sure to get your doctor or midwife’s clearance. Depending on your fitness level you may or may not be ready to do these exercises. She worked out until her delivery date and started in great shape.
