@SmDxL96A1 do a lot of cardio and a little weight lifting and you will start to cut up … and by little i mean do cardio with your lifting but you wont have to go to hard when you lift. i was doing the lower oblique thing and now my left hip keeps clicking anyone one else get this? should i try and stretch or just leave it?

Cardio such as jogging and stairs should help burn some fat but it’s not as effective as high intense running such as intervals
i am thin and i train my abs for like 4 months but it is not very goog, do i have to just keep it up and then it will work or am i doing something wrong i am training every second day

People a six pack abs is about diet not exercises. yes exercise is needed, but the truth is many people have great abs, under layers of fat. you need to cut down your calorie intake and lead a healthy lifestyle.
