@1080famous We have plastic beads in them but I used to use beans which work just fine.
hey i was wondering what did you put in the bags to condition your elbows and shins? id really like to make my own rather than go out and buy an expensive leather bag with the same result
Your gym is amazing man!!
cool gym dude, you need some grip stuff and some thick bars added in too.
@sblperformance1 Did they make the smaller ones fit inside the taller ones?
This is amazing… I would rather be there then in a nice gym with all the new gear. I feel like Rocky in this box!
I’d also like to see more about the dip station in the office
the pvc dip station with bars that i noticed in the office room.. i’d love to see it in more detail! thanks!
@MicrosoftIndesign I took 1/4″ plate and welded 2″ x 3/16″ flat stock on 1 1/2″ tube for handles.
hey how did you make the pushup bars?
Awesome… only comment I have is to put some big wine barrels down which (depending on height of people) can be placed on wooden platforms, these are great/cheap replacements for squat racks and you can do heaps of power and strength exercises on them i.e. front squat or push press etc.
@XxTestProfilxX Thanks! We train in Haganah, Krav, and Kali for our knife and gun tactics.
really really nice gym … I’d prefer this over the “McFit”-Shit any day … reminds me of the old rehearsal room of my band
are you training Krav Maga or Kapap in there?
greetz from germany
@craigedwards1992 what an awesome gym i would love to train there!:D
@craigedwards1992 Yeah go on the crossfit site and they have instructions or go to rogue fitness and copy theirs. I really like the rogue ones. When you see what they did you will know why…very space efficient
hey mate im a p.t whos branching out with a mobile training business realy would prefer plyo boxes with plywood over the ones that you buy do you have any good instructions to make them
What a place
. Fantastic. No crap just the important equipment & layout. One would guess that you have intensive training sessions in that place.
Very impressed with the homemade kettle bells!! Everything else is amazing as well.
no squat rack?
@Airbornerock Look closer. We make our own dumbbells, kettlebells, and alot loadbearing equipment. Plates and barbells are stacked along the wall. We now have double what we had then.
